This is an easy question to answer. I agree with Larry. Very simply, it is not right to use other people's resources without their permission. Just because the internet makes it easy to do so, it doesn't make it right.

Would you like your neighbor to walk into your garage and take your lawn mower to mow his lawn without asking first?
