My Approach to Bidding and Not Bidding

If a friend is bidding on a chip I can live without, I probably would not bid out of friendship. The situation usually wouldn't exist where I would say I"ll bid on this chip and I won't bid on another.

If I really want a chip, then friendship is out the window. In fact, a good friend would understand that I want the chip and that he should back off<g>. Most know what I collect and that if I am bidding, I really want the chip. For my part, I would never be angry at anyone for out bidding me. I will pay what I feel is the right value and if someone is willing to pay more, then I'm happy that they get the chip.

One thing I've learned in this hobby is that you can't get every chip you want.
