Hi Marv; Thanks for your post about the Chip/Token Of The Year contest. Your ballot was not unique. There were several ballots that only cast votes for tokens... and several ballots that were cast soley for chips.... depending on the individual member's interest. Some ballots only had a single vote for one chip or one token; why that was so, I can't answer. While this year's contest was not that well participated in.... it was the best participation the club has had since the activity was introduced several years ago. Hopefully more club members will involve themselves next year. There are quite a few attractive chips and tokens that have been issued so far this year that are likely candidates for 1998... and we've got several months to go for eligibility. Archie
