Hi Jim; Thanks for your offer to set up an appointment with Dr. Ginsburg. I understand that if I make the appointment through my unions mental health plan I don't need "big bucks" as Dr. Ginsburg is a participating professional in the program. It's the airfare that's the killer.... but then since Brenda and I received $1800 in travel vouchers for three voluntary bumps in Chicago on the way to Vegas, perhaps I can afford it.
