Bob, I am not giving my blessing to anyone. I do not sell chips - I just buy and trade. I don't like to see fellow collectors/dealers beat up because others do not agree with what they sell or how much they charge. I can not police the entire hobby; nor can I inform everyone to watch out for what they buy. I learned a long time ago to provide information in general and let people make their own decisions. The ebay controversy has become a crusade for those who wish to display publicly how wonderful their contribution to our hobby is for protecting the innocent buyer from utter "disaster" if they should purchase those James Bond chips for $25.00. PLEASE!!!! Where were these people during the 'Glass Crutch" rip off? When my collector friends were skinned for Hundreds of dollars. Where were these do-gooders when the chip finds were distorted and lies flew back and forth until more innocent collectors were ripped off. Want to worry about something??? Where were all the wonderful informers when my collector friends and dealers bought Big Al's??? What about the Forty Grand??? I could go on and on but it seems what's sold on Ebay is more important. Go Figure!!!!! Protect the innocent buyer from under $30.00 purchases but let the collectors get ripped for $100.00'S. I just don't see it. Go get them Bob - Those buyers on Ebay need your info and help. After all what would they do without you?????? Those buyers might be forced to do their own research and after all we can't have that - now can we?????<VBG>
