Chippers taught the casinos to make LE chips after 1990. Pre 1990 there were many casinos like the Spokane Tribe casinos in Washington, includding Nevada casinos, that would not let chippers leave with chips. I say again "We taught them, the value of their chips." If we now teach them, they can get over face for their chips, we are in trouble. There is no one to stop them from making issues of 1 or 100 chips and selling them to the higgest bidder.

Casinos will become the chip dealers and have their own auctions. The hobby has come a long way since 1990. We have the power to make the rules to a very large degree. The evolution of the hobby will have good and bad things happening. In my opinion, over face chips in casinos is one of the worst.
