There are casinos in Colorado selling chips in the gift shop above face. I know of one small Northern Nv casino doing the same. Hard Rock sold their 1st car set over face. Only you can stop it. The end only comes when you end it. There are enough chips out there that we can get at face. If chippers pay over face, we will see more of this.

Nevada Gaming may address this practice at some time, but you can address it right now.

One other thing. All casinos do not pay the same price for LE's. A casino in Washington ordering an issue of 800, could pay up to $2 per chip with art work and freight. That leaves 300% profit not 400%. It is still plenty.
