On the chips posted on the last two rows, do you or anyone else know what the abbreviations on those chips refer to?

For example Reg. #G-1001 and Reg. #G-1017.

Similar numbers show up on a lot of Borland custom order chips. I think I recall that they may be membership numbers for a Las Vegas casino workers' professional organization, but I don't know which one.
