Hi David most casinos use the word hotel even though they were only two story motels at the time it sounded more impressive and larger now about the hot stamp being too new looking I’ve seen 50-year-old chips still in the box and the hot stamps were pristine and they look like they were made last week I agree with you that they probably had roulette even if they weren’t licensed casinos have a pretty free range back in the 50s to pay the right people to turn look look the other way
