agreed... and I wouldn't put it past Life Magazine to substitute a dark hard to see photo with a clear bright photo that they already had, even if it was of another casino. I have not seen the life Magazine article yet in person so I'm not sure if the Roulette table photo that they show is actually at the Moulin Rouge. With the opening of the Moulin Rouge... many reporters from around the country were brought out to Vegas to report/promote the new hotel-casino. There are many newspaper articles on it from 1955, including the one that I posted above and they mention Roulette.
