One or two chip I put inside a coffee cup cardboard holder. Tape it closed and wrap a piece of paper around it and then use a small regular envelope. That cost anywhere from 70 cents to 85. I think.
I use PayPal postage. if I use a padded envelope I put down 3-4oz. The rate is now figured by zone so it can run anywhere from 2.75-3.95 I believe.
