Gene you state that Mark Scott should contact the five members of the slabfree BOD to request removal of his name from the list. BUT if you go to the list of "Dealers Known To Slab Chips, or Sell/Have Sold Slabbed Chips" (link below) webpage you will note at the bottom there is a procedure for removal spelled out which is to to contact David. I'm not defending Mark Scott or anyone on that list but it appears that he did not circumvent any process for removal of his name from the list. Probably what needs to happen is the preferred policy needs to be updated and posted on that page.
