I bought a HP C6180 All-in-One at Staples some time ago and it was cheap and works just fine. It does run through a lot of ink if you use it as your primary printer sinces it has 5 different color ink cartriges. The scanner is not the best, but works pretty good. Below is an example. No the chips are not for sale--long gone.
