So remember that the all-in-ones are convenient but give you mediocre quality for all three components (or at least the scan/print component. Copying is probably fine). You will not be happy with the scan quality for chips (outside of normal colors) and the printing won't be as fast as other stand-alone printers you can buy. The ones that get the most accolades are the Canon Pixma series. But this also has the highest cost-per-page (given the cost of the printer and then the life of the printer with the ink costs).

BUT---- before you select the printer look at the other side. Go to Staples.com and see what ink/toner goes for. Its one thing to get a good printer, its another to keep it stocked. Make sure the availability is there (and it should be for HP, Canon, Epson) and the price for the color/black ink tanks aren't too expensive.
