Below are three different truly ERROR edge inserts. The chip on the left has a dark blue segment at 7 o'clock positon while the other two SxSxS edge inserts are green in the center segment.

The chip in the center has the blue segment in the middle again ... but two pink segments facing each other at 5 o'clock and at the 7 o'clock positon.

The chip on the right has the green middle segments on all three SxSxS edge inserts ... but has the two pink segments facing each other at 2 o'clock and 5 o'clock positions.
