Well said Robert and I agree.....

Most feed back is a canned response with cut & paste but many are genuine. If the deal is not right I want a chance to make it right. I try to sell with integrity and I post my R-7638 on my listings with the intent of following the clubs code of ethics. I sell mostly Seymour coded chips and my listings bring in a lot of new people to chip collecting. But many of these new people are also new to ebay and the feedback procees is a risky proposistion. I recieved - feedback from a buyer a while back from a ebay rookie and I have to tell you I was devistated. The chip was a pristine Seymour coded Shamrock like the one pictured and two bidders battled for it. I gave a SECOND CHANCE offer to the loser and when he recieved the chip he posted - feedback saying I bid him up and that the chip was fake. I will not go into my response to him with my only option + feedback, if you want to review my feedback you can, but I was happy that I had that option rather than having posted, FAST PAYMENT & GREAT EBAYER canned evaluation of the sale.
