I'm with Andy on this, and I have two situations ongoing that involve this very topic. If I pay by PayPal within minutes of the auction ending, which I usually do, what more could I possibly do to earn a positive feedback? Nothing, that's what. As a seller, once I receive payment in full, I leave feedback. I've been on for 10 years, and I have never waited to leave feedback until feedback is left for me. And for the sellers who are waiting for me to leave feedback first, they're still waiting.
