Yep, sure did not long ago. Went to mail a few bubble chip mailers with Delivery Confirmation and was told flat out the packages were not thick enough and I couldn't use Delivery Confirmation. Their "professional" advice, take the packages back home, open them up and stuff them full of paper towels. Talk about a hair brained organization we have to use, even two different postal clerks can't give you the same answers. PROGESS????? ME THINKS NOT.

To add insult to injury, just take a look in the phone book for your "local post office". NADA there, everything goes to a centralized 1-800 in Washington DC staffed by a bunch of morons.
