Re: USPS Bringing down the hammer!!

I recently won one of Andy's contests and have received sixteen chips so far. Of these sixteen chips, three were sent in an envelope with the sticky cardboard with postage of 41¢. The rest were sent in bubble mailers with five different postage amounts some were 41¢ (one of those had 72¢ postage due), some were 58¢, some were 80¢, some were $1.30 and one had five 41¢ stamps on it. I am always charged $1.30 to mail one chip in a bubble mailer at my post office. I was thinking of taking all of these mailers to my post office to see what they say, but they probably won't believe that they all weighed the same.
