Sometimes i pay for high shipping but i may not bid as much. I figure what the total price will be including the shipping and my max bid will reflect what i am willing to pay.
Here is a chip on ebay now that i need but with the shipping included in the final cost even with the min bid its more than im willing to pay!(crazy shipping!)
