I'm not a Dealer, but I do sell Casino Chips on ebay ( ID: askk4perry ) and charge an extra $1 to the total Shipping & Handling Charge on International purchases, reason being, any International package (unless you pay monthly fee for internet postage) has to have a filled out customs form and hand delivered to the post office. Any more than an extra $1 is unfair in my opinion!
