Tahoe Historians - Help Please!

I am trying to figure out when, chronologically, Lincoln Fitzgerald operated the Nevada CLUB (see picture below) at Crystal Bay. I assume that this property was never called Nevada Club before he bought it. Strangely, all the things I have read about Fitz and his Nevada Lodge mention things like: "Meta and Lincoln Fitzgerald bought the Tahoe Biltmore at Crystal Bay, remodeled and opened on July 4, 1958 as the Nevada Lodge" ("Wood Chips To Game Chips - Van Tassel). The Dwane Kling book (The Rise of the Biggest Little City) says: "In August 1957 the Nevada Club and Lincoln Fitzgerald extended their holdings to Lake Tahoe when they purchased the Biltmore Club on the North Shore for $421,000) and renamed the property the Nevada Lodge". SO, did he buy the place in August of '57 and operate it as Nevada CLUB, THEN soon after, change the name to Nevada Lodge after absorbing Joby's Monte Carlo and remodeling?? It would have had to have been a VERY short time operating that way and/or a very FAST remodel job. The Chip Rack dates "Nevada Club Reno/Crystal Bay" as opening in 1958, and closing in 1986. But, the casino was renamed 'Lodge' way before 1986. Does anyone know the answer to this one? Thanks.
