I can't see MGM getting ahold of the Stardust. This is one of the Boyd groups big venues and they have plans for a mega construction project. As for the Frontier...Phil has announced plans and now that the "Donald" is buidling on the back 40, I think Donald may invest in Phils front property.

The Riviera...ahh maybe, maybe not. I don't see that as an MGM project but one never knows.
