Chas; I noticed during our visit to the recently concluded convention in Las Vegas that I did not see ONE hand-paid jackpot in ANY casino we visited. That experience made such an impression on me that I deliberately looked for hand-paid jackpots in Atlantic City over this past weekend. Not one hand-paid jackpot was observed in any of the casinos we visited.

Now I know that TITO probably has something to do with that, but aren't jackpots above $1199 still subject to IRS tax reporting and paperwork required from the casino?
