No offense but your friend isnt very smart. It's not a free spinning wheel, the dealer pushes a button to make the wheel spin and like a slot machine a computer, random number generator, and motor decide where the wheel will stop. The odds of being dealt a blackjack in a single deck pitch type game (fresh deck) is something like 1-20, in a 6 deck game (fresh shuffle) I think the odds of being dealt a blackjack are lower 13-1. It would make sense that the wheel would stop consistently somewhere in the 6x range as that is about half what you should really be getting paid. If the wheel hit the 200-1 payout everytime the casino wouldnt be open that long. BTW, cruise ships arent the only casinos that use this type of Blackjack variation, casinos here in Blackhawk CO also have some of these games, hey help get around the $5 max bet rule.
