Cruise Ships are not Regulated

Basically casinos on cruise ships can do whatever they want to, they are not regulated. I wouldn't play any slot machine or video poker machine on a cruise ship as they can be programmed to pay out at the lowest possible rates offered by the manufacturer. The table games are different and have the same pay outs as regulated casinos. But, there is no gaming control watching to make sure that you are getting an honest game.

You do have the cruise ship interested in seeing that their passengers have a good time. Casino winnings are a small part of their overall revenue and they do not want to lose customers due to unfair practices in the casino.
