A question on selling chips

Here is the scenerio: A collector buys an expensive chip for $1200. A couple of days later the buyer finds that he could have gotten the same chip from another source for $700.

Question: does the buyer have the right to return the chip for his original $1200. Is the seller morally obligated to return the money. Bear in mind, the seller did nothing wrong. He just wanted $1200 for the chip - that was his selling price.
