NO UPS DOES NOT insure collectibles "chips"!

Pete,

Yes, UPS will insure "collectibles", BUT UPS considers casino chips "currency" and not a "collectible". I deal with the claims department @ UPS daily, and if you tell them it is a casino chip, they will deny the claim immediately.

Paul u need to get Collector's Insurance
If you use USPS send it Registered and Insured!
