USPS Delivery confirmation 'NO GOOD'!

True story: :-(

I saw the mail lady arrive at the mail boxes.
I went to meet her and collect my mail.
As she was poking the mail into the boxes, I ssw a padded envelope with a delivery confirmation tag go into another box.
I said: "Excuse me, I think that's mine."
She went off on an incomprehensible rant and refused to even look at the envelope again.
I argued with her for five minutes.
Finally, after I threatened to follow her back to the post office and report her to the postmaster, she pulled the envelpoe out and looked at it again.
Yes, it was mine.
She practically threw it at me and walked away without comment.

So hard to find good help. :-(
