Who are you?

I'd like to think that the people responsible for safe air travel within the USA are functionally literate in the English language, and would hope that they payed enough attention in school to learn something about grammar and punctuation.

That's a bunch of crap! I flew at least 20 round trip flights in both 2002 and 2003 to areas all over this country, and none of those planes were empty. Too many were oversold! Terror alerts haven't reduced the lines at this nations airports. They've made them longer due to more security screening involved in getting onto the concourse.

What airline did you work for, and what was your job?
