I'm a newbie, just sent the check in today... But as a collector in general, I'm pretty concerned. Is there a club position on mentioning repairs during a sale? Am I safe if I buy from Club Members only???
I would prefer to avoid any seller of repaired chips on Ebay - if they are known to do this without disclosing it. Does the Club or TheChipBoard site keep a register of Ebay sellers to avoid?
