"What about some chips that have specks in the color"

Fairly simple.
They have boxes of broken chips that can come close to colors.
The favored way with inlay chips is to remove the inlay, take out a piece of clay, (same color including any flecks), fill the hole with filler, heat the removed clay, and use it. Mirror the mold and cross hatching, and you have an expensive chip.

They have fixed 1,000's of chips and the guy that looked at yours told me he has 200 more just delivered to him to fix.
