In Response To: sad Not nice at all... ()

do not mail chips just send scans. after ageement is reached via email on what is to be traded, Then you exchange chips. When the person who is running RR receives the new chips he will then change scans & mail to second person on list. postage costs would be trimmed & Perpetrators can not perpetrate. Lets hear on your ideas
