The problem with that( which is a good idea)is that the participants of the RR do not even follow the simple Rules.

Currently we are Running 3 different Round Robins, to date out of the 16 people who have reveived one of them : 3 have not followed the simple rules of Posting the mailing on this Board.
We like a lot of people do put someome trusted in the middle of the RR to check on the condition of the chips ( lucky our middle person is also a collector ). Today we received a heads up from a collector in our RR, that some of the chips that are now in this RR are chipped or disfigured. Do we know who did this ? Not really but we can narrow it down to 3. Are they ALL trusted members, yes. So our choice is not really simple, do we exclude the 3 , or just give up doing RR's?
