I tried that, but

In my RR instructions, I specifically asked all participants to notify me if there were any problems when they recieved the RR. Problems being wrong types of chips in the RR or problems with the condition of the chips. I said that they would not be involved in resolving the problem, I would take care of everything. But, no one did. And I received back a bunch of junk. I thought it was a good idea, but in order for RR's to survive we need a better way of identifying those who abuse it.
