When I went to Atlantic City, and was stuck at Bally's for a ride, I approached the main desk with my Park Place card and explained that I was also a stock holder. They got me a free cab back to my hotel, which was nearly 20 miles away in Egg Harbor Township!

I wrote them and told them of my experience, and they sent me some free room coupons! Sometimes compliments work as well as complaints!
