As far as I know - it's their regular house rack... it's the only non-LE $5 chip they have... but they opened - closed and re-opened.
I honestly don't know if they issued it during their first stint, second or both. (good question)

Being I have never actually set foot in that casino - I'm not sure what they physically have in play... but someone picked some up for me at the cage a few years ago.
