A chipper in LV sent me these Jerry's Nugget chips a couple years ago... they were hand-picked by a chipper and were in used, but above average condition (I even called her yesterday to confirm this because I was so shocked when I saw the damage )

The one on the left I put in the "too small" cardboard flip as shown. The one one the right was in a vinyl flip as seen in center. Last year, I put all my Nevada chips into 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" (except a few duplicates... like the .25c Nugget) because I thought they were fine as they were.

You guys don't think the flip caused the damage???
