Customer Service

Ultimately, the seller is responsible to ensure the buyer has a good buying experience. Unless stated in the verbiage of the listing, all items should be returnable if the buyer is unhappy with the sale.

Regretfully, eBay is a very large garage sale... with most seller's beings individuals and not business owners.

With that said, most concerns have very little to do with ethics and more to do with a misunderstanding between two parties.

I will work with a seller / buyer to resolve a misunderstanding... if and when these communications break-down and a resolution is not in sight, my recommendation is to "let it go", and move on. When principles... pride... stuborness become variables... both parties ultimately lose and more than likely receive negative feedback or a are brought into a public forum for all to debate.

Just my two cents... sad
