Thanks, Don. I thought it was a little strange that Jim would not know the Binion-Brown story. I'm sure you are correct regarding Jim.

However, everything that I have read places the dates as 1953-1956. Anderson probably got his dates from Fuller, which states 1958-1960. Harvey Fuller scribbled his notes on the backs of keno cards and Howdy had to translate them. I have found most of Fuller's info to be correct, but not on this one. I have several postcards of Brown's Horseshoe with postmarks of earlier dates than 1958.
