Perhaps what should be the most troubling aspect of this decision is, the district court judge who wrote the decision has publicly labeled those who found his decision offensive as being "mindless."

I won't post here what I think of that comment, but I will say that that man should be removed from the bench. Objective interpretation of the law and the constitution is not within his grasp.
