I think that bastion of liberalism, the 9th Circuit court should make another Pledge of Allegience ruling with respect to The Declaration of Independence.

I assume the highlighted words were added by fundamentalists in the 1950s. No way our founding fathers would invoke a reference to a divine Providence or Creator
