I set my shipping at $1.50, and charge nothing for additional auctions won. If you win 1 auction, it's $1.50, 30 auctions is still $1.50. I ship in a bubble mailer, with flips, to make sure the chips are not clanking together on their journey. I can't stand to win 5 auctions from the same seller and have them charge me $1.50 per chip to ship in the same package. That's what gets me.
