IT'S DECIDED BY THE TERMS OF THE K

If the insurance contract limits the value to the purchase price then that is the limit but tho I do not have a PO insurance form in front of me I believe you can insure for the claimed value of the item--then, Andy, as you say in the event of loss the claimant would have to show satisfactory evidence of the claimed value. That's this lawyer's opinion but like Jim, I ain't no insurance expert.
