Jim,
The burden of proof is on the person filing the claim. Of course there are cases where chips are worth more than what a person paid for them. It all boils down to IF the Post Office accepts the proof supplied. I am not so sure they always will. Like you said it could end up in court & you still don't know you'll win. I hope I never have to find out either way. grin Andy - Las Vegas
