Thats the name, I thought I saw a piece of personal letterhead also.

The PRC chips are among the chips I've seen sold as coming from the estate of the "Trooper" perhaps there is also a collection that came from a Trooper's estate or perhaps there batch you bought just didn't include them.

I recently bought a bunch from a an antique dealer who repeated the Trooper story.
