Re: PRC-Hub-ID - Big Surprize

Thanks Peter,

Mr Sullivan was a much traveled guy.
I doubt very much that the French Lick address was a DROP or phoney address for the PRC chips. There was an Elite Club there. French Lick was a hot bed for gambling, much of it was upscale. A couple years ago, I got an email from an oldtimer in North Carolina. He had read my columns on Chequers. I called him. His Dad operated an upscale club and he dealt craps in French Lick.
He did not have chips but he had written a lenghty artice on gambling in FL. It was almost a short story. grin. He had wrote it a number of years prior and had thought about getting it published. Old timers in FL talked him out of it. I have a copy somewhere.

I agree, the PRC chips made their way to Saratoga with our friend Sullivan and were more than likely used in one of the clubs. I hope someone can find proof.

The CDF hubs were delivered to Charles Sazrean in February 1936. I wish you would tie them to Belhurst Castle.
