There are a bunch of chips said to be from Saratoga, including the PRC chips, which have been sold as coming from the estate of a former NYS Trooper, in fact I did at one time see documentation which indicated it was not a Trooper but an Assitant Attorney General. I wish I kept a copy of that,maybe someone else has it.

In any event it appears very likely to me, based on that and the fact that these PRC chips are fairly common (as far chips go) around here, that these chips if used in Indiana were also either used or stored in the Saratoga area. In fact since PRC as initials appear to have connection to the Indiana club, could these chips have been used in Saratoga and then Mr. Sullivan bought a Reorder for his new location?

Peter J. Sullivan's name is also associated with Riley's in Saratoga and I have also seen his name associated with Outhewaite's which was a members only club. In addition I have seen him associated with Belhurst Castle in Geneva, NY (and I have a unsubstantiated suspicion that those CDF hub chips which were delivered to Geneva NY are also associated with Belhurst Castle -- i think those were delivered in 1932)
