I haven't seen that quote used by anyone here that has problems with unions Archie. I've said "If you aren't happy, find another job."

In my own experience, the wage paid for the work done is often not the most important factor when I personally have taken on work. Do what you enjoy. Find something that is getting paid for having fun most of the time, and you never have to go to work! While getting to that point in life, do some sucky jobs to get by. Been there, done that! Still going there and doing that! ...without paying someone else to tell my employer what my work is worth!
