I don't begrudge them I saying that if you don't like it leave. I was a member of the International Bricklayers and Plasters Union local #1 and also a Steelworker Local #13171. I was also a manager for both when I was promoted from the bargaining unit. I have sat in negotiations on both sides and I will NEVER work union either side again because I can't stand the lazy people getting paid as much as the hard workers and finding all the reasons the company shouldn't make so much money. I can't stand the wining. I have a responsibility to my employer to maintain a safe, productive site and that is what I do every day. Every morning after I wish my guys a good morning the next thing I remind them is to work safe and don't whine.. I don't work at Chuckee Cheese !!!!
